N3RD Finance simple explanation

This is a simple overview of the N3RD Finance ecosystem.
1.Intro
N3RD finance is a DeFi powerhouse, fueled by the N3RDz token.
N3RDz itself is a deflationary cryptocurrency.
Total supply — 21000
There is absolutely no way to create any new N3RDz tokens. This means the circulating supply can only ever go down.
2. Deflationary farming
What that means is farming without creating any new coins, preventing devaluation of the asset.
But If we don’t mint new coins where are the rewards coming from?
All you have to know is — every N3RDz token transfer in the ecosystem, has a % fee attached to it. So every time somebody moves ,buys, sells, stakes N3RDz, there is a fee generated:
-90% of that fee goes to the farmers as a reward.
-10% goes to the development fund.

We will be adding new vaults, depending on our strategy and taking into account the community input. (ex. DAI valut, LINK vault etc.. )
After we have a solid base layer of different vaults with good liquidity we can start expanding into the next phase of development.
5. SECOND LAYER - Governance of the DAO
We are building N3RDz with growth and longevity in mind and to achieve that, we believe we should cultivate a healthy engaging community while aligning the incentives of liquidity providers (LP) providers, holders and users of our products.
That’s where the decentralised governance comes in place:
- From voting on adding new vaults
- Voting on fees and penalties
- Voting on funding different developments and community initiatives
- New automated yield strategies etc…
This will be a slow and methodical process, taking it one step at a time, to ensure the safety of the ecosystem.
6. THIRD LAYER — Products and services
The next phase is launching various developments that will generate value for the ecosystem and bring demand for the N3RDz token:

Everything above will be fueled by N3RDz, hence it will ensure constant buy/sell pressure of N3RDz with decent volume.
But as we know, every single N3RDz transfer has a % fee attched to it that goes back to farmers.
Now you understand the potential value of the N3RDz token.
In order to keep it simple, we will leave the detailed explanation for every product/service for a separate follow-up article.
7. UTILITY OF the token
(Benefits of holding N3RDz)
1. Farming to get N3RDz rewards
2. We are developing our vault strategies to generate yield. N3RDz can be used for buying extra boost to earn more rewards from the vault!
3. Decentralised margin trading dex: N3RDz can be staked to earn trading fees discounted or no fees at all.
4. Lending: When liquidity in the vaults is high enough, we will bring forth our lending service. Again Profits generated from lending will be distributed to N3RDz farmers. (∩ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡° )⊃━☆
One key difference is $CORE vaults lock users liquity forever.
In our opinion this is not fair to the Liquidity providers. We think that locking capital is not efficient and actually limits growth.
💡In N3RDz we don’t permanently lock users capital this way we allow unlimited GROWTH and expansion of our ecosystem !
Less complications, less barriers, more collaborations!
We aim to find a balance by allowing our Liquidity providers to be able to withdraw 100% of their liquidity provided. (LP)
Liquidity provided (LP) is Locked for 1 month and then gradually released over a 10 week period.
